Hi please help. Let's not waste any more time, let's go and buy it. What's " any more time" in this sentence. Is it equivalent of " let's not waste our time?

Just to add to the explanation already given, hope this helps a bit more: Let's not waste any more time. = Huwag na tayong mag-aksaya pa ng oras. Let's not waste time. = Huwag tayong mag-aksaya ng oras.

Yes, "any more time" in that sentence means the same as "let's not waste our time." It emphasizes that they want to stop wasting time from that point onward. The phrase implies that they’ve already spent some time on this without making progress, so they should move forward instead.

In the sentence, "Let’s not waste any more time, let’s go and buy it," the phrase "any more time" means additional time or extra time. It implies that some time has already been spent or wasted, and the speaker is suggesting they shouldn’t spend even one more moment on it. This is slightly different from "Let’s not waste our time," which would mean that they don’t want to waste their time in general. "Any more time" specifically emphasizes stopping now, to avoid spending additional time. Hope this helps!😊
