When it comes to the working experience on Amazon. The one thing I remembered deeply is the working style. As my last Chinese company I worked before. What you need to do is to sit down in your seat on time, and waiting for your direct leader to tell you something you have to do today, and then you need to make a list and finished all the missions. But at Amazon, this is not the same at all. Most people know what they're supposed to do when they don't have a leader, because it's very likely that you don't see the leader several times a week. Or once a day, but in the email or online video. This is a very interesting phenomenon, it looks like most people worked online through.

When it comes to the working experience at Amazon, the one thing I remember clearly is the working style being very different from the last Chinese company I worked. You must be at your desk on time, wait for your line manager to tell you what you have to do, and then you need to make a list and finish all your tasks. But at Amazon, it is completely different. Most people know what they're supposed to do without a leader, and it's quite likely that you won’t see much of your line manager in person. If you do hear or see him/ her it is likely to be by email or online video. This is a very interesting phenomenon, and it seems that most people work online in such companies.
