One person who I admire is my manager.
Firstly because my manager as is an admirable Manager. She is very serious and knows how to lead her employees well. Factly In fact, most of my colleagues are skillful men, but all of them obey her and are under her supervision. (<em>rather than under control, under her supervision sounds more fluent</em>)
Furthermore , she has a cosmetic company, which means she is an enterprenuer and a lot of people are getting paid for their works in her company. Also almost no one  gets fired there. If somebody isn't good enough in one position, she or he will be appointed to another position regarding to his or her skill or ability.
