Online socializing has a bad effect on real communication? Every single place you go you can see more than one person handling his smartphone or laptop. People mainly use social networks as Twitter, Facebook or the popular app: WhatsApp. I can swear that when I meet my friends, we’re sometimes using our smartphones instead of talking to others vis-à-vis. Does online communication take over us? Does it prevent us from relating more in real life? First of all, speaking through the Internet is not good for shy people, since it makes them more introvert because they avoid facing difficult situations. Not being physically in front of the person you are speaking to makes you say things you would not say otherwise. This temporary relief can marginalize shy people from society because this increases the lack of necessity of getting around. Nowadays, Internet and lie has the same meaning for an amateur netizen: chats, comments on recent posts and many social networks are full of fake profiles which could fool us if we talk to them regularly. Online socializing is also making many couples break up because there is a thorough survey in the other one of the couple and many misunderstandings, but the most important thing is that real communication is being lost. For me, online communication is not a real problem if you use it in an adequate way. We just have to know that real communication is more important than faceless conversations. I hope you could help me if there are many mistakes. Thank you.

Does Online socializing online has have a bad effect on real communication?

Every single place you go you can see more than one person handling his smartphone or laptop. People mainly use social networks such as Twitter, Facebook or the popular app WhatsApp. I can swear that when I meet my friends, we’re sometimes using our smartphones instead of talking to each others face to facevis-à-vis. Does online communication take us over us? Does it prevent us from relating more to each other in real life?

First of all, speaking through the Internet is not good for shy people, since it makes them more introverted because they avoid facing difficult situations. Not being physically in front of the person you are speaking to makes you say things you would not say otherwise. This temporary relief can marginalize shy people from society because this increases the lack of necessity of getting around it reduces the need to get around (/see people in person?).

Nowadays, "Internet" and lie "lying" has have the same meanings for an amateur netizen: on chats and comments on recent posts, for example. and Furthermore, many social networks are full of fake profiles which could fool us if we talk to them regularly. Online socializing is also making many couples break up because there is a thorough survey in the other one of the couple (<--I'm sorry, I don't understand this part - do you mean "each person is under surveillance from the other"?) and many misunderstandings, but the most important thing is that real communication is being lost.

For me, online communication is not a real problem if you use it in an adequate way. We just have to know that real communication is more important than faceless conversations.

I hope you could help me if there are many mistakes. Thank you.
