When I was small (little sounds better) I shared a room with my sister Sue. She slept by the window while I was did next to the door. I was happy with the (0) arrangement because I was (1) terrified that Gue, the gorilla, was going to escape from London's Zoo and climb through the window. I hoped that in that case, while he would have ate eaten up my (2) unfortunate sister I would get away have escaped down the stairs! Even though I knew this was an (3) irrational fear (why on earth would Guy come to our ordinary house in the suburbs?) knowing it was silly made no (4) difference. Years later when I told Sue my (5) selfish reasons for sleeping near the door she was able to (6) sympathize.
She confessed (7) guilty that for years she had a similar (8) belief strategy, that an escaped lion was going to come up the stairs. It would have eaten me for supper while she got away would've escaped through the window! Sadly, Guy, the bogeyman of my (9) childhood passed away many years ago. He was a (10) unharmed harmless vegetarian who, had he come to my home, would've only attacked the fruit bowl.
Is it OK?
