Hi, melai. Where did you find this word? If you found it in movie or manga, i think it's "Bakayaro". http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=bakayaro it's sound like "bakero". Anyway i hope you can enjoy italki. Bye

i'm afraid a little, that you might write the japanese word differently, because we rarely say like that. but, if you are sure that you heard so, the phrase 'bakero' means, 'transform yourself' or 'disguise yourself'. the verb, 'bakeru' means 'transform' or 'disguise'. and in kanjis, '化ける' and 'ro', signifies that the verb is an order.
