I am not sure of your meaning. Are you trying to say your mind is occupied with studies and being busy helps you to forget that stress? Being busy (with other things?) helps relieve the stress of study. That is still a little awkward.

Hi, i dont know wich is grammatical better , but I get you point,keep the mind busy in thing in order not to thing useless thoughts. It is really helpfull, what i like to do ,is playing chess or reading books. how do you keep you mind busy?
