When you use "or" to connect sentences, you can say "さもないと", "そうでなければ", etc.

e.g.: "Hurry up or you'll be late!!"⇒「急いで！さもないと、遅刻するよ！」

You can use "か". For example : "お茶かコーヒーでもいかがですか？" (Would you like some tea or coffee ?)
Or you can use the words "あるいは" and "または"
"今日がいい。あるいは明日"(Today is OK for me. Or also tomorrow.)
