¿Cómo se dice "to pick someone up" en español? For instance: 1. I picked him up from work. 2. I picked him up from the mall. 3. I picked him up from/at the park. 4. I picked him up from/at the airport.

Usually we say "recoger a alguien ". I picked him up from work- Lo recogí del trabajo I picked him up from the mall.- Lo recogí del centro comercial I picked him up from/at the park. Lo recogí en el parque I picked him up from/at the airport. Lo recogí del aeropuerto

En México usamos las dos formas mencionadas aquí, por ejemplo: Lo recogí del trabajo. Y en una conversación más informal podrías decir: Mom; ¿A que hora pasan por ti para ir a la fiesta? Daughter: Van a pasar a las 8. Saludos.

When I first read your question without the examples, I thought you were talking about picking someone up, like at a bar. In that case I have heard "ligar con" used, at least in Spain. ligar con = to pick up, flirt with; make out with
