The written language and pronunciation. Then, vocabulary, grammar, culture, and the four skills simultaneously. Depending on your goals, you may focus more on certain skills or vocabulary.

I'm not Korean, so i won't 'answer your question' but just leave a comment instead :) You should learn hangul first, it's really easy to master, and in a couple of hours you should be able to read Korean newspapers and signs (you just won't understand them), but that's okay. Pronunciation is easy enough, it will just take some time, if your studying by yourself. If you know any Koreans, just get them to pronounce the hangul for you. http://www.howtostudykorean.com/ will teach you both grammar and vocab at the same time. It doesn't have the money talktomeinkorean has, but it is really worth while just checking it out, they explain things differently, as the main dude (i think..dudette) learned Korean, so he/she was a learner before teacher, as opposed to many Korean teachers who acquired their language. Vocab or grammar, it depends on what you want to do, what is your goal? conversational, fluent, survival? reading and writing over speaking and listening? I would buy a decent Korean textbook or one of the above online resources, to give you a basic syllabus to follow to begin with. I think everyone starts just learning how to say hello and stuff like that, get a travel book, maybe Berlitz, and then build your vocabulary from that. http://www.memrise.com/course/51056/casual-korean-2/ is what I'm doing at the moment for vocab, and it is just common words that are used or seen around Korea. memrise is a good website for vocab building. grammar = 'Korean Grammar in Use" series (ahn jean-myung, lee Kyung-ah, Han Hoo-young), brilliant for all grammar needs (the bible if you will), BUT beware, the price on amazon last i checked was really expensive, i got mine cheap for about $40 AUD. Hope this helps. If you have any specific questions about learning Korean, give me a shout. good luck
