From what I could hear, it's, "We ferocious" at second 12 and perhaps, "What - we ferocious" at second 22. The correct way to say it is, "We're ferocious" but it's a common theme in pop songs and youth slang to drop the 'to be' verb. It's fine in a song or talking to friends, but I don't recommend you use this grammar with anyone in a serious situation.
