What's the meaning of this knock-knock joke? Knock knock. Who’s there? Aaron. Aaron who? The Aaron here is kind of stuffy.

Lol. Not too bad -- for a knock knock joke. The air in here is kind of stuffy. The last syllable of Aaron is the same as "in" due to the reduction of all unaccented vowels to schwa. The first syllable of Aaron sounds exactly the same as "air" in many American pronunciations, and close enough in any case.
