As the others said they have different meanings. When using -ed and -ing suffixes with adjectives you should remember that we use -ing to describe the situation/people and -ed to describe how you feel about it. For example: This lesson is boring (situation) I got so bored in class today (How you felt about it) That girl is boring I get bored when I talk to her.

Both are correct. They mean different things. "She is boring" means she is not an interesting person. "She is bored" means she is not doing anything exciting.

Both are grammatically correct but have different meanings. "She is boring" is a characteristic (ella es aburrida). She is a boring person. "She is bored" is just a temporary state (esta aburrida). She is bored because the professor is boring.
