The correct way to say it is - I would like to travel. You could also say - I would like to go travelling. Hope this helps you.

"I would like to travel ..." is a more polite/formal way of saying "I want to travel ..." Its function is to show a desire to do something in the future. The suggestion, "I like travelling ...", by Deanna, implies that you have already travelled to a place in that past, and that you continue to like doing it now. E.g. "I like travelling in summer / on Tuesdays / at the weekend."

Hello Diego, You could say" I would like to travel" expressing your wish to travel to a certain destination, but " i would like traveling" could only be used if 'traveling' is a noun not a verb . " I would like traveling to become more educational".

I would like to travel ... is the correct answer. The structure is would like + to + infinitive But, you can say, "I like traveling to ....." In this case traveling becomes a noun (a gerund).

travelling is used as an object. You like this an your hobby or something. You are not travelling right now. You are not taking in the country where you want to go, but you would enjoy if you were there. would like to Verb ... more formal way to say "I like to travel or I want to travel" I would ike to go to down town, do you want to come with me? I am not a native speaker; however I do know this question.
