"from the village" Or "from village"
1. There are some people who are from village. Or
2. There are some people who are from villages. Or
3. There are some people who are from the village. Or
4. There are some people who are from the villages.
2, 3, and 4 are correct, but 2 and 4 have slightly different meanings. 2 is a very generic statement. Villages exist and some people live in them. 4 is more specific. You are speaking about particular villages.

Answers 2,3 & 4 are all correct grammar. Number 1 is wrong. It would need 'a' before village to be correct.
