Luiza

Luiza is full of energy and a pleasure to work with! I loved conversing with her and the class truly felt like a casual exchange with a friend. She’s very good at tailoring in-class discussion topics to my interests and I love seeing her passion for languages and teaching shine!

Luiza is patient and encouraging. She knows which errors to focus on so as not to overwhelm the student.

It can be a challenge learning a new language. However, with the help of Luiza I’ve learned so much and every class is a great opportunity to improve my Portuguese. She tailors each class to the needs of the student and prepares a variety of helpful materials. She also comes to the class with a lot of energy and knows how to motivate the student. It has been a pleasure learning Portuguese with Luiza and I’m definitely looking forward to my next class!!!

I just had my introductory lesson with Luiza and she was very friendly and approachable. She has done a great job preparing her own materials for teaching Portuguese and I'm super excited to do more lessons with her!

Luiza is a teacher dedicated to the subject. She prepares specific homework for me, which she or I think is needed. She even started to learn more of European Portuguese which is for me more relevant than Brasilian version of it. I get a lot of useful examples, links to many videos and webistes through which I improve my language skills. And she brings constructive energy and humanity into our classes.
