Here's a short background: I am a British Economist and an adventure traveller. I have worked with the World Bank, UNICEF and other international NGOs. I live and teach in south-east Asia.

Alan is very involved teacher. He listens to students, focuses and answers on their needs. At the same time he knows very well which area should be corrected, give useful tips and use complexity phrases - it encourages students to use them too.
