Hi. I’m Nick. I am from Manchester in the UK but have lived and worked in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for the last 14 years. My hobbies include travelling, exercising, reading and I have finally started to learn the Arabic language to put myself in the shoes of a language student.

My teaching style is very warm and friendly, and I do my best to keep lessons very much student centred. The most important thing for me is to see how I can help you reach your language learning goals. I have worked as a consultant in the corporate training world for over 10 years covering multiple industries; banking, finance, automotive, real estate, government, IT, telecoms and hospitality. So my key strength is in Business English.

My teaching style also follows the Cambridge CELTA communicative approach. This methodology ensures lessons are engaging and interactive. I have taught English to young learners and adults of varying levels; elementary to advanced in China, Hungary and around the globe.
