Holger is an exceptional teacher who combines intelligence and excellent conversational skills to create an outstanding learning experience. The vocabulary lists he provides after each lesson is much appreciated. Learning Estonian with Holger has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

Holger is a very nice teacher! He is friendly and positive. As someone who needs to see a word to remember it, I appreciate that he takes a lot of notes. The same goes for going into grammar when it's needed to understand the structure of a sentence. I also like that he believes in you and always gives you a chance to recall a word 😀 It's equally enjoyable to just chat with Holger about anything and do exercises from the teaching books. Overall, I highly recommend him as an Estonian teacher!

Holger is a very knowledgeable and patient tutor. He starts on time and comes prepared with a lesson. We have a relaxed lesson but get a lot done. I am brand new to Estonian, so the pace is slow, as I need, and Holger takes time to correct my pronunciation and explain vocabulary or grammar when needed. He also shares the lesson notes with me homework. I have already scheduled more lessons with him.
