Hello, My name is Teacher Sile and I come from a beautiful country South Africa. I am very passionate about teaching , sports, reading and learning new things everyday, more than anything teaching has been my passion since in my early age of adulthood. I started teaching and helping out old people with reading, writing at Khari-gude (Literacy Campaign) which is a program that was introduced to help out old people who never got a chance to go to school . This program was mostly specifically for people who are older and had a wish to learn. In my years of lending a helping hand teaching these old people, I have learned and grew as an individual. I have acquired skills like, being patient with people, listening skills, how to manage a classroom and how to be able to teach people to the level that they can understand you well. My teaching method is "Teacher-Learner Method" I believe in giving guided instruction first to my learners, then give them chance to ask quotations before I can give them an exercise to do.In this way it will always show if they do understand the concept of the study or a chapter that we're dealing with, and I can easily pick up where they need help.The instruction are a formative basic assessment to check their understanding.Öğretim materyallerim
