I am Charmaine Amployo. You can call me Cha for short.
I am a Human Resources Practitioner by profession and a Teacher by Passion. I love to read and write. I have been writing since my elementary days up until my working days to school papers and company magazines.
I have 13 years already of being in the field of Human Resources and my major exposure is in carrying out administrative tasks. On the other hand, I have four years of experience as a part-time College Instructor. Now, I want further growth and learning and I want to continue doing my passion, which is to teach.

As a Teacher, I always strive to make my students learn. Also, I make ways for them to enjoy my classes and focus on my discussions. My greatest fulfillment in being a Teacher is seeing my students learn and be inspired by me in other aspects of their lives, aside from the subjects which I teach. I teach directly and simply. I prepared activities, whether, self or group activities, and mini-games for them to enjoy. I discuss to them the lessons clearly and encourage them to ask questions about the parts of the lessons which seem unclear to them. I give short quizzes after every chapter.Öğretim materyallerim
