Debalkew Kiros

Debalkew is a dedicated teacher who loves teaching Amharic. I can read Amharic now, and my vocabulary has increased. He is very organized with his lessons, and Debalkew sends me the slideshows that we went over in class. I enjoy having Debalkew as my teacher and plan to continue learning from him.

Debalkew Kiros is an excellent teacher. He is very patient and does a very good job of teaching how to speak Amharic. He also teaches how to read Amharic in a fun easy way. I have had 3 lessons with Debalkew and they have all been great, and they have helped me have conversations with my family.

Now that I am several lessons in, I remain impressed by Ato Debalkew's diligent and thoughtful approach to the Amharic materials that I needed assistance translating. These lessons will be invaluable to my graduate research. Very glad to be working with him!

Today was my first Amharic lesson with Debalkew. He had an excellent presentation and was well-planned. I am excited for more lessons. I like the structure and plan for my progress over the coming months. :) He gives examples throughout and explains very well.
