Hello there! I come from Shanghai, China. I used to be a structural engineer with more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies and am now a full-time professional Chinese teacher with extensive teaching experience.
I love to travel around the world and have been to the USA, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Serbia, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Montenegro and Herzegovina. I like to communicate with people from different cultures and share different perceptions of the world. Teaching Chinese is exactly a passion for me and I have taught hundreds of students of all levels from all over the world for more than 5 years. When I help my students start from scratch and can finally communicate freely with Chinese people, I feel a great sense of accomplishment.

I graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which is one of the top5 universities in China. I have many interesting and effective methods that I can't wait to share with you. I contacted the teacher about a specific need concerning pronunciation, she understood my request perfectly. The lessons are efficient because Ping Li is an experienced and particularly patient teacher. Her explanations are always very clear. I also appreciate her enthusiasm for wanting to make me improve. 老师 has helped me a lot with my 发音，I feel more confident. I'm also grateful for 老师 explaining a lot of sentence structures that are very simple yet contextual. Every lesson promises a fun, interactive, and wholesome learning experience.
