My name is Malak and I am from Morocco. I am currently pursuing a bachelor degree in teaching English as a foreign language. Alongside my studies, I am also a passionate English teacher. As a non-native English speaker, I understand the struggles of learning and mastering this language. In my current training as a teacher. I learned about students' struggles with the English language and I worked for almost 2 years in addressing these struggles and solving them. I also self-studied English for 4 years and had been taught this language from both native and non-native speakers. All of that makes me very knowledgeable of the issues that one might have in learning this language. In addition to that, my current studies allowed me to explore the process of planning lessons, explaining them, and making them interactive and enjoyable.Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım
In my approach, I focus on maximizing student speaking time for the sake of improving their communication skills. I also provide students with the core of a lesson without the extra stuff, making the learning process less overwhelming. In my first session, my goal is to assess the learner's English level and try to know their goals for the sake of tailoring a lesson that goes with their specific needs. Eventually, I use vocabulary games, creative drills, and real-life situations to make studying more enjoyable and interesting.
