Hi! My name is Alberto and I'm a 33-year old funny Italian from Salerno. I have graduated from the faculty of modern languages and literature where I have studied English and Spanish. I also speak Turkish.Öğretmen Olarak Ben
I am a qualified English teacher but I have later specialised in teaching Italian as a second language and after years working in private K-12/language schools in Istanbul I have started a freelance adventure. It has been a satisfying and fulfilling journey so far.
My current job involves not only teaching general Italian but also preparing students who want to take one of the Italian official certifications such as CILS, CELI etc as well as preparing for University entry tests.Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım
I use the communicative approach so grammar is taught through direct use of the language and considering the student's intuition/L1 language. I am a very enthusiast person and I consider myself very lucky having the chance of doing the job I love. During my intense experience I have dealt with any kind of issue a student might possibly have (age, tastes, aims, learning speed etc...) always with positive results. My lessons are organised according to my student's needs because a successful student is a successful teacher!

I had a great time working with Alberto on my first lesson. We recapped my knowledge and continued further. Alberto is a patient teacher with a good sense of humor. He supported me in speaking Italian without switching to the English language. I plan to continue having sessions with Alberto, and I can recommend him!
