Dear Students,
My name is Pascal and I am living in Hiroshima. I am originally from Germany, but moved to Japan two years ago. I have been studying in the UK and used English everyday at work. I used to work in tourism and created presentations and proposals in English and German on a daily basis. Learning a language should be fun. In my view, the best way to master and enjoy it, is by speaking it. It doesn’t matter, if your grammar is not perfect at the beginning, most important you get the chance to have conversations in the language you learn. People will understand what you want to say, even if the grammar isn’t perfect. Grammar comes with time. This is how I learned having basic conversation in Spanish just after 3 weeks of language school.Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım
I have been teaching tourism and marketing in German to international students and know the difficulties of learning a new language. Most important is to have a topic that interests you and you would like to talk about.
Therefore, the focus of my classes is on conversation. Use the vocabulary you already know and learn new ones.
I am also happy to review any work you need to do for school or explain the lessons from the textbook that you are using.

I just had another German lesson with Pascal. I have been taking classes with him for a while now. We always discuss interesting topics, and he is incredibly helpful in correcting my mistakes and teaching me new vocabulary. Pascal is as kind-hearted as he is a great teacher, making the learning process enjoyable and effective. I am very grateful for his assistance. My level would be A1-2. Pascal will be patient to answer every of my questions during the course will prepare writing and also send me his notes at the end of the course. His explanation is clear, trustworthy and well-structured. I will definitely recommend him to everyone, and hope I can improve my level faster so to join in his other courses!
