Sawasdii Kha, my name is Bowie. I am Thai.
I am currently working at a university in Thailand. I have enjoyably experienced in teaching languages in universities and schools in Thailand. I have a certificate in teaching Thai and I also practice singing and dancing in Thai traditions in a Thai cultural club with will be very beneficial for my students to learn the language and its culture. So my online class will be very fun and useful for my students as I am really willing to share my knowledge which they can apply according to their purposes.

Since I am always excited to learn about languages and culture, I received a master degree and a bachelor degree in language and culture field. I love meeting and exchanging ideas with people. Because learning is the best way to entertain my brain, I always join interesting training courses or seminars and also traveling in Thailand and abroad.
Knowing that many people are interested in studying Thai language gives me the inspiration to teach the language. I believe that I have good teaching skills which can bring students enjoyable and useful lessons from the perspective of a Thai native speaker.Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım
My course covers basic conversation in Thai, Thai sound system, pronunciation, writing in Thai, useful things in daily life as well as Cultural awareness. However, the students can mention their specific needs in learning the language at first. So that, I can arrange the suitable lessons for them. I’ve had the pleasure of taking Thai lessons with Bowie, and I highly recommend her as a language instructor! Bowie has a wonderful way of making each lesson engaging and easy to follow, even when tackling more complex topics. She is incredibly well-prepared, offers clear explanations, and always makes sure I understand before moving on. What I appreciate most is her patience and how she adjusts the pace to suit my learning needs. Completed the Survivor Thai Plus course with teacher Bowie. Very well structured and learned so much in such a short time. I especially like the audio recordings to listen and practice after class. Highly recommend!!

I am feeling a lot more confident to create my own sentences when talking. Bowie is really encouraging with her questions and I feel excited to try and speak, regardless of the topic :) It was really fun because I initiated some easy topics today and Bowie really helped me with my vocabulary while I was speaking :) We continued on with Unwritten ะ and I found it very easy to follow along and read our sentences :) We continued with this depending on the consonants written - Bowie explained that it can change the tone of the word. She explained it so effortlessly that I was surprised at how quickly I picked it up :) We went through multiple examples which I always appreciate too! She wrote the sentence: ฉัน จะ คอย สนับสนุน คุณ ตลอด (I will always support you) and honestly, there's no truer words :) Bowie will always support you with every word, tone and sentence you are making :) I am so thankful to have you as my teacher ^^ ขอบคุฌนากนะคะ <3

Today’s Thai lesson with Bowie focused on reviewing vowels and tone marks. She was patient and thorough, helping me clarify areas I found challenging. Her clear explanations and supportive approach make learning Thai feel much more manageable.
