I highly recommend Sophie as a French tutor on iTalki! Sophie is incredibly responsible and genuinely cares about me as a student and as a person. She pays great attention to details and has a solid curriculum for TCF Canada prep. With her help, I refreshed my French and passed the B2 level in just 4 months! Sophie is an excellent teacher, I prepared with her to take my TEF Canada. I think the material for speaking and writing is really very close to what you will find in the real exam. I have really enjoyed my lessons with Sophie and I would highly recommend her. Her support preparing for the DALF C1 has been invaluable. She has been available to meet, has provided diverse materials (e.g., articles, videos) and has provided clear feedback to help me improve. Sophie has also helped me to draft a resume in French so that I can apply to jobs in France. Not only did she provide feedback on grammar and vocabulary, Sophie helped me to understand the nuances of how my CV may be interpreted in France and we focused a lot on insuring my Canadian experience would be communicated well. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Sophie in the future!

I've been preparing for TEF Canada with Sophie, and I can clearly see my improvements though it has just been a few classes. She is a very experienced and resourceful teacher, and she always pinpoint my mistakes and provides helpful feedbacks on them. Although she has to get up very early for our classes (huge timezone gap here), she never missed a single one. I've worked with a few other instructors, and Sophie is the best! I'd recommend her for anyone who wants to take any tests, or just for learning French in general. Merci beaucoup :)
