I am passionate about travel, writing, and language acquisition. I'm currently studying Irish. I enjoy cooking, arts, playing violin, and reading. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Counseling/Psychology and spent many years in the social services field. I love meeting new people!Öğretmen Olarak Ben
I earned a TEFL certificate in 2007 through the Via Lingua program at the Istituto Americano in Florence, Italy.
I taught English in a classroom setting to adult students in Italy. I spent a year teaching preschool in the southern U.S. I also have a richly diverse teaching background in the nonprofit arena. I wrote and taught training programs for nonprofit employees on topics related to developmental disabilities. One of my greatest career highlights was years spent teaching adults with Intellectual Disability a variety of job skills in order for them to obtain and/or maintain employment in the community.Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım
I believe in a relaxed, conversational style lesson. I use materials to supplement based on student needs and interests and will assign homework if desired. I am a very patient and flexible teacher.

Tina is a wonderful teacher! She helped me correct some pronunciation problems and gave me a lot of useful interview advice that made me feel less anxious. Highly recommend!

The lessons were very well prepared and structured. Not only did she give me advice on the job interview, but she also gave me feedback on my pronunciation, which I will continue to practice that way. Tina is friendly and it was very easy for me to ask her questions. Thank you very much!
