Roxanna Penagos

Roxanna is a spectacular teacher. Fun yet focused. Fully immersive approach, yet able to switch to (excellent) English for a moment if helpful. Able to adjust approach on the fly, and to tackle unexpected questions with supporting materials at the ready. Great homework assignments. Very interactive, supportive, encouraging, and simply a lovely person to work with!

Roxanna is a great spanish teacher. She is patient and engaging and is able to create a good mix of studying and casual conversation.

I take lessons from multiple teachers in italki but Roxanna is by far my favorite. She's the easiest to talk to and I feel super comfortable having a conversation and learning from her. Her Spanish and English are excellent which makes it even more easy to learn. She's very professional but also laid back and fun to talk to. The time always flys with her. If you are looking for a Spanish teacher you can not do better than her. Her teaching skills are extraordinary. I look forward to many more clases with Roxanna!
