Zhu Ge

(English below – 但是不太一样哈哈) 我觉得朱阁是一个又聪明又热情的老师。他怎的是耐心。我有时候遇到语法问题，然后朱阁让我明白。 我们有时候看看歌词，我非常喜欢。我觉得通过他的好玩儿的课，我中文水平越来越增加。 My opinion of ZhuGe is high 😊 I would recommend this teacher because he is very kind and patient. He can explain grammar very well and is also flexible (I sometimes suddenly want to do a song instead and that is not a problem). I also like to hear how things are in the north of China versus other parts and even when we just talk about our day I feel I am improving my Chinese. Having a good time matters, so find a teacher that you vibe with – I think I have found mine. Thank you ZhuGe!

He is the best! I have been learning with him for over a month now, and without a doubt, I can say that he is a fantastic teacher. He is knowledgable, patient, and very supportive. And besides all that, he is a delightful person to talk to. You need to look no further, and you can confidently book his classes and progress in your Mandarin learning journey!

What I like about this instructor is that he is patient and provides good correction and encouragement as needed. I have been struggling with my oral Chinese in terms of tones. Since having a few lessons with Zhu Ge, I am beginning to hear my mistakes when I speak, whereas I did not before. I can tell I am making progress with my goal of improving my pronunciation.

It’s been a while since I have been learning Mandarin with Zhu Ge and one word I could describe it is ‘FUN’. Although my Mandarin is still in the beginner level, I had learned a lot of new words including those that are not taught in the textbook.
