Aswani Nagarjuna

What I really like about Aswani, she is very patient and accommodating. She has very structured lessons which helps to connect and understand the language. Definitely refer her to other students.

She had me speak Telugu to describe a picture. Throughout my description she would correct me if needed with thorough explanation. I had to ask her to repeat her question in Telugu many times as I am learning still but she is never annoyed. Very patient teacher!

I love that through conversation with Aswani I always naturally encounter new words - such which an unminding Telugu speaker would just use the english version of. I appreciate Aswani's deep knowledge of Telugu a lot. Plus, we covered negatives of while statements which are, like all negatives, particularly tricky for me, and I learned something new there as well.

Aswani is an excellent teacher! As per my goal to learn spoken telugu to speak with my grandparents, she has adjusted the lesson plan to provide a helpful mix of teaching both formal telugu grammar with speaking practice. I feel really happy about my progress so far!
