I am a native of Taiwan, known for my gentle, patient, and passionate teaching style. During my leisure time, I delight in reading novels, watching movies, and exploring new destinations through travel. I hold a master's degree in Chinese literature and teaching certificates for both middle and elementary schools in Taiwan. I have taught at a middle school in Taiwan for seven years and have also taught high school Chinese courses at a well-known cram school. I really enjoyed this trial lesson with Ms Tsai. She's very nice, I could feel that she was attentive and really tried to understand what my needs are, to then plan out our studies accordingly. I will definitely start having lessons with her.

I've taken a few lessons with Ivy and I've enjoyed every single one of them. She provides plenty of feedback and the right amount of motivation and support. She also shares valuable resources for me to study on my own outside of class, leading to noticeable progress after only a month of study with her. Learning Mandarin with her is fun and I'm always looking forward to my next lesson with her!

Our first trial was very successful. Even though my daughter was shy at first, she started to warm up to Ivy. Was very happy with the feedback and suggestions. Can’t wait to learn more.
