Another excellent lesson with Maddy! She really is a wonderful and patient teacher, and she does her very best to keep the lesson in German as much as possible. I have an A1 speaking level, and because she is so patient and understanding, I feel absolutely comfortable and safe to make an effort to speak and make mistakes. Thanks to her, I have learned a lot and I should hopefully soon be at an A2 speaking level! Vielen Dank, Maddy!

Madeleine ist eine hervorragend lehrerin. Nach einer Weile und viele Konversationsstunden fühle ich mich selbstbewusst um meine bewertung zu teilen. Ich liebe ihre Einstellung, sie hat immer gute Laune, sie ist immer bereit und wenn ich keine Energie oder Motivation habe, hat sie etwas immer spontan vorbereitet um die Stunde zu nutzen.

The teacher challenges you at the right level in order to allow you to progress. She is very dedicated and provides good materials and feedbacks.

Madeleine is helpful and focused, she has a good plan setup for each lesson and is able to jump straight into exercises which give you lots of practice. She avoids using too much of your own language so you can get used to receiving instructions and examples in German but she takes the time to repeat and clarify anything you might have missed so you don’t feel lost. She has a good sense of what you need to challenge you from the start, whilst being able to give great feedback and discuss interesting observations with you, meaning you feel both comfortable and confident in every lesson. She is very focused and efficient with our resources, making the most out of every minute. Would recommend as my best German learning experience yet! 10/10
