Hi, I'm Michelle! I'm from Sydney, Australia. My native language is English, which I speak with a standard Australian accent, and I also speak fluent German. I am a highly experienced teacher, as I have spent over 25 years teaching mathematics. A few years ago, I completed a linguistics degree and shifted my focus to language teaching and coaching, which is now my main occupation (I teach English and German). I really enjoy helping my students develop confidence in their language abilities. Since I am also a language learner, I have an excellent understanding of the typical challenges students face. -- Please note: I only teach adults and teenagers, not young children (minimum age 12) --

With over 200 hours of lesson time under my belt with Michelle, I can say without a doubt that she's an incredible English teacher. Check my lesson hours with Michelle, and trust me, you won't find a more patient and dedicated teacher. You can book her classes, but don't book too many or there won’t be any time slots for me! (Just kidding, but seriously, she's that good!)

The first lesson with Michelle just ended and I would like to recommend this teacher with all my heart. Michelle is friendly and ready to help you with finding the right word to express your thoughts. She asked some questions about my level and goals in English. At the end of the lesson, I obtained a short review of my skills and some further recommendations. I felt that I was in the hands of a professional :) I am really happy to find a good teacher to improve my English.

she is a patient and professional teacher. She helped me find out how to pronounce "THS"this kind of combination by showing physically. I appreciate her professional and useful help in prounouciation indeed!
