Having found that standardised methods do not work for all students equally, I am very flexible in my teaching. In the first lesson finding out about the student's goals, needs and preferences.

To me, great teachers should have all these capabilities in order to provide a valuable service: 1. listening to the student 2. finding out their needs 3. delivering a high quality service I believe Mina has all of them. she is a really great teacher.
