Hi, I am Lena. I'm from China, a Chinese native speaker. I have a bachelor's degree, and my major is English. I have passed Putonghua Proficiency Test, which means I have standard pronunciation without accent. I have got teacher certificate and have some knowledge about pedagogy and psychology. Besides, I have passed TEM8 (Test for English Major), therefore I have some ideas and tips about language learning which can be shared.
I love to be with children, and I also enjoy communicating with people from all over the world, and from different age groups, to share different cultures and thoughts. I like outdoor activities, like hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, camping, etc.Öğretmen Olarak Ben
In university, I made friends with 3 foreign teachers. We used to do a language exchange. I taught them Chinese for free to help them fit into the lives in China better. Besides, from 2012 to 2019, I became a tutor as a second job, to help 6 students learn languages.
Teaching methodologies:
- Instructional scaffolding. I am just like a scaffold. I'll help you when you need in order to enhance learning. Supports will gradually be removed as you develop autonomous skills.
- Zone of proximal development, which means the difference between what a learner can do without help and what he/she can achieve with guidance from a teacher. I will focus on this zone and explore your hidden potential.Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım

-Chinese Conversation practice for all levels
-HSK test preparation
The characteristics of the course:
- Review and preview are included in every class.
- You are encouraged to speak as much as you can. You can practice frequently.
- Every class is funny, exciting and relaxed.
- Plenty of electronic books and learning materials are provided.
- Use an Online whiteboard. Both you and me can write on it at the same time.
- Maybe you will received free learning videos made by myself.
- Stress-free homework.

Another amazing class with my favourite teacher! The most professional teacher , I learned so many things and she answered all of my questions and explained to me very clearly what I was struggling to understand, but with lena 老师 every part of the language becomes much easier!

great lesson again. teachers at a steady pace and help me reinforce my confidence in learning. The notes are really useful and so many examples that relate to the structure we are learning

was great to review and expand on structures after I had a few weeks off. It's always interesting and fun learning and the environment created makes it much easier. I'm looking forward to the next lesson.
