I create a google document for each student and type everything that we do/say during the class. I ask a lot of questions and wait patiently until you answer - after that I provide grammar and pronunciation corrections and suggest different words you could have used and type it all in the document. You can access it anytime, add your own words or translations and do your homework there, it's like a virtual notebook.

As you probably already know, until Yugoslav wars in the 90s, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian were taught in schools as one language, Serbo-Croatian. So, these 3 languages share the same grammar. They differ only in a small number of words.
