After graduating, I have been teaching offline for the past five years. Firstly, I was a tutor for the Italian language certification exams (CELI) at the University of Perugia. I taught to students of all ages, from children to elders, that's why I developed an ability to adapt my teaching method to every student. I am a very patient person because I know how struggling could be to learn a new language. I love teaching and my main goal is to help you to reach your goals!

Even if you're somebody who doesn't like grammar, trust me, it will be a piece of cake! We will go through all the basics and make a lot of practice (my materials have plenty of exercises we can do together in class and I will also give you homework). My lessons will focus on the four major language skills: listening, talking, vocabulary and grammar, all incorporated since the very beginning (yes, also A1 level students!!).

My first teaching experience related school-wise dates back to 2016, at Xiamen International English school (CHINA). At the same time I was teaching Italian at 柠檬小语种 (LEMON Language School). Afterwards I moved to Shanghai. There I had the chance to teach in two different schools. I received my degree in languages and literature in 1986. One of my first jobs was worked as a congress hostess and also as a tourist translator. In 1992, I started to teach Italian as a foreign language for all levels, from beginners to advanced. I have taught one to one, groups and also full immersion lessons as requested. In the last few years, I have also taught children and young people using Skype. My certified Italian language teacher diploma is from the University of Siena ( Ditals I ) and from the University of Perugia ( DILS PG II ). I am registered in the professional register of teachers of Italian for foreigners known as APIDIS (Albo Professionale Insegnanti di Italiano )
