Fun reading exercise and discussion. :) Answer the discussion questions in the comments! A Japanese sake maker wants to do something new. Asahi Shuzo plans to send sake ingredients into space. The company will try to make a special sake on the International Space Station. The company makes the popular sake drink "Dassai." One 100-milliliter bottle will be offered for sale on Earth if the plan works. The bottle will cost 100 million yen. The person in charge of the plan is not sure if it will succeed. He thinks space will be too different from Earth. The sake will not be heated the right way. The company paid money to try making sake in space. It will use part of the International Space Station made by Japan. Japan's space agency would not comment on the project. Discussion Questions: Is this a waste of time and resources ?
