Medicine: 药
My doctor gave me some fever medicine. 我的医生给了我一些退烧药。
Take medicine: 吃药
I feel much better after I took medicine. 吃完药我感觉好了很多。

先週ドイツに帰ってきました。成田空港からフランクフルト空港までの直行便だったのですが、14時間の長いフライトでした。おかげで映画を３本見ることができました。ちなみに、ドイツから日本に帰るときは中国上空を飛ぶルートだったのですが、ドイツに戻るフライトはアメリカ上空を飛ぶルートでした。つまり私はこの2回のフライトで地球をほぼ一周したことになります。
飛行機を降りた瞬間、ドイツの暑さに驚きました。ヨーロッパに熱波が来ているとは聞いてましたが、ここまで暑いとは想像していませんでした。事実、金曜日と土曜日は日本よりも気温が高く、日中は30度を超えていました。今週は気温が下がり、とても涼しくなりました。
もうドイツに帰って来てから1週間経つのですが、まだ時差ぼけがあるので、夜10時ごろにはとても眠くなって寝てしまいます。
みなさんは長時間のフライトの時、飛行機の中でどのように過ごしますか？
時差ぼけにならないためにしている対策はありますか？
