今天想和大家聊一聊【减肥】的话题。
说起减肥，我算是个资深的减肥专家了。我从初中开始就开启我的减肥之路，试过各种方法：节食、运动、甚至是吃减肥药。直到这几年，我才开始意识到，不应该盲目减肥。我看回以前的照片，其实一点儿也不胖。按照BMI的标准，我甚至是体重偏轻。我对身材的焦虑都是受外界的声音以及一些扭曲的审美影响。现在我对身体的唯一要求就是健康，再也不把“减肥”两个字挂在嘴边了。
我经常听到身边的朋友说要减肥，不能吃太多，有的甚至晚饭都不吃。那么不吃晚饭真的能瘦吗？我们来听听专家的看法吧。
很多人呢一提起减肥啊都有很多种方法。大家说很简单啊，不就是少吃多动弹嘛，我只要少吃就可以了。单纯不吃晚餐能不能解决问题？初听很简单，说少吃一顿晚餐，那么一定就是能量减少了1/3，时间久了我自然就能够瘦下来。短期内啊，不吃晚饭确实能够减少我们的能量的摄入，但是这样的方法不能够很长久。如果您长期不吃晚饭，就有可能造成代谢率的下降。这个时候身体马上适应性地降低你的基础代谢率，而不能够起到减肥的作用。所以减肥一定是要吃动两平衡，既要适当地少吃，还要坚持积极的身体活动，才能够在保持代谢率的情况下，能够维持减重减脂的效果。

このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

#232のPodcastで話した、海外旅行で良かったことについて話しました。今回は日本の良いところについて話します。

日本の良いところです。
・清潔感がある
・サービスが丁寧
・物や食べ物、サービスが安い

一つずつ話します。
・清潔感がある
　みなさんも日本に来た時に感じるかもしれないですが、日本はどこもきれいで清潔感がありますね。もちろん、そうじゃない所もありますが、みなさんが旅行などで行くだいたいの場所はとてもきれいだと思います。トイレもとてもきれいでビックリする人もいるかもしれないですね。無料ですしね。

・サービスが丁寧ていねい
　これはいい面でも、そうでない面でもありますが、接客せっきゃくがとても丁寧です。お客さまを大切にする、という考え方が根底にあるので、フラットな関係ではなく、お客さまを少し上にして接する関係があります。お客さんそれをわかっているので、少し上から接してしまうこともあります。

・物やサービスが安い
消費者、買う人にとってはいいことですね。日本の食べ物やサービスのクオリティがあった上で、値段を見ると、とても安いと思います。寿司とか100均とか。海外の方からすると驚くかもしれないです。僕からすると、この値段設定が日本の給料が上がらない問題にもつながっているといる思うので、そろそろ値段が上がっていくといいなぁ、と思います。

ということで、日本のいい所、簡単に3つ話しました。
旅行で日本に来られる方も本当に増えていますね。
