I hope that journaling will help me stop wasting time scrolling on social mediate and media in general. Journaling is basically just writing stuff on paper. You could write about anything and it it doesn't even have to make sense. The important thing is to start writing and a little every day and do this consistently. You can do it in your native language and even in English if you're feeling brave. Listen to my podcast for more journaling benefits and ideas on what to journal about.

En la capital, la ciudad de Panamá, encontramos modernos rascacielos, casinos y discotecas contrastan con los edificios coloniales del distrito de Casco Viejo y el bosque tropical del Parque Natural Metropolitano.

おはようございます。日本語だんだんポットキャストのゆかりです。

私はいま、マレーシアにいます。

今日の天気(てんき)は晴(は)れ。
とても暑(あつ)いです。

マレーシアでは、突然(とつぜん)、雨が降(ふ)ります。

晴れているのに、
急(きゅう)に雨が降ります。

「スコール」というものですね。

シンガポールでも、スコールがありました。

だいたい30分ぐらいざーっと降って・・

また、すぐに晴れます。

日本には、スコールはありません。

雨の日は、ずっと雨が降っていることが
多いです。

日本とはまったくちがう天候(てんこう)が、
おもしろいですね。

そういえば、
日本語には、天気の"雨"という言葉もありますが、
おかしの"あめ"という意味もあります。

"あめ"は甘いおかし、キャンディのことですね。

発音(はつおん)がちょっとちがうのですが、

私はふだんは、あまりそこは考(かんが)えていません。
文(ぶん)の中で、意味がわかりますね。

"今日の天気は雨かぁ"というと、

おかしのあめが降ってくるとは思いませんね。
