Jag är ingen expert, men har blivit väldigt intresserad av att förändras och inspirerad av muskler och att förändra kroppskomposition, har lyssnat på mycket fitness-poddar och lärt mig mycket de senaste 3 månader. Jag vet inte riktigt vad mitt mål är än men vi får se i del två : )
