요즘 아침마다 다리가 붓고, 너무 피곤하다. 왜 그러지?
最近每天早上腿肿, 还很累。这是为什么呢? 

체력도 중요해, 비타민이 부족해서 그런 것 아닐까?
体力也很重要, 是不是缺少维生素引起的呢? 

모르겠어. 너도 혹시 비타민과 영양제 같은 것 챙겨 먹어?
不清楚。你按时吃维生素和营养剂吗? 

그럼! 몸은 소중하니까, 
이거 내가 갖고 다니는 비타민인데 너도 한번 먹어봐.
当然! 身体很重要, 这是我随身携带的维生素, 你也试一试吧。

"What is 접자?"
"접자" means "Let's stop."
"접다" originally means "to fold cloth or paper."
To Fold the paper. 종이를 접다.
To Fold the T-shirt. 티셔츠를 접다. 

However, "접다" has another meaning.
When you stop doing something or an action that you have been doing continuously, you can use the expression "접다."

요즘 너무 피곤해서 아침운동 접었어요.
I'm so tired these days that I stopped morning exercise.

여행 계획 접었어요. 돈부터 모을 거예요. 
I stopped my travel plans. I'll save up some money first.

오늘 하루만 공부 접고, 놀까?
How about taking a break from studying just for today?
