A : Madame ?
B : Bonjour madame, je voudrais un croissant au beurre, deux pains au chocolat et une brioche au sucre, s'il vous plaît.
A : Oui madame, et avec ceci ?
B : Je vais prendre aussi une tarte pour six personnes.
A : Qu'est-ce que vous préférez comme tarte ? Nous avons des tartes aux pommes, aux fraises, au citron...
B : Une belle tarte aux fraises, c'est très bien.

This is a very nice area. My office is near. I can go on foot to work.Near my home, there’s a big park. My apartment is very cozy. I have a living room, a bedroom,  a kitchen and a bathroom. And a very nice balcony. I see the park from here. What a wonderful view!

Et un très joli balcon.
