The way we write words,  often does not tell us how to say them.  We do not have many rules to help us.  But we do have some common patterns (things that often work).  You don't have to learn ALL these common patterns, but some of them might help you understand how we usually say words.

3. Structure your stories using the STAR method

- The STAR Method explanation:
Situation: Describe the context and provide background information about the situation you encountered.
Task: Explain the specific task or challenge you faced within that situation.
Action: Detail the actions you took to address the challenge or task. Be specific about what you did, how you did it, and why you chose that approach.
Result: Share the outcome of your actions, emphasizing the positive impact you made. Use quantifiable results whenever possible to demonstrate the value you added.

4. Focus on the problem-solving aspect

Remember, the goal is to demonstrate your skills, experiences, and achievements in a compelling and memorable way. Developing and refining your storytelling abilities will help you effectively sell yourself during a job interview. Good luck!
