Uno de los lugares más encantadores de la costa mediterránea es, sin lugar a dudas,  Sitges.  Todo el Mediterráneo es espectacular porque rebosa de historia, literatura, arte, conquistas, guerras, amores y separaciones. Ha habido tantas idas y venidas de civilizaciones que hoy en día, puedes encontrar un paisaje urbanístico azul y blanco casi idéntico entre, las islas griegas, Túnez, la costa turca, italiana, israelí, marroquí y la de Sitges.

Stoisisme, en av de fire store tankeskolene som ble etablert i hellenistisk tid, ble grunnlagt i den gamle agoraen i Athen av Zenon fra Citium rundt 300 f.Kr. Stoikerne trodde at praksis av dyd er tilstrekkelig for å oppnå eudaimonia, et vel levd og blomstrende liv. Stoikerne identifiserte veien til å oppnå dette med et liv der man praktiserer visse dyder i hverdagen, som mot eller måtehold, og lever i samsvar med naturen.

Hey Guys, this is Chinese teacher Cara, welcome to my Channel, today we’ll go through some useful expressions about covid. 嗨大家好，我是Cara, 欢迎收听我的频道，今天想跟大家一起讨论关于新冠病毒的一些常用表达。
So we already know covid in Chinese is 新冠xīn guàn.In Chinese we have two verbs to pair with covid when we talk about it.

Have 得dé / catch感染gǎn rǎn

I have covid.我得了新冠。wǒ dé le xīn guàn。/我感染了新冠。wǒ gǎn rǎn le xīn guàn。

I hasn't gotten covid yet: 我还没有感染新冠。wǒ hái méi yǒu gǎn rǎn xīn guàn。

I am well now./ I’m over it.我现在好了。wǒ xiàn zài hǎo le。

But in daily life we have more colloquial expression, you can use the vocabulary 阳。

I have covid. 我阳了。（colloquial）

I had covid last month. 我上个月阳过了。（过means sth you‘ve experienced in the past）

I hasn't gotten covid yet.我还没有阳。（colloquial）

I am well now. 我阳康了。wǒ yáng kāng le。（colloquial，康is 康复recover）

4.关于新冠的一些表达Useful expressions of covid

こんにちは！Atsushiです。
今日の天気は雨。
気温は22℃です。

日本はまた台風が来ています。
台風14号です。

今日はPodcastについて。
Podcastをがんばって続けていまきます！という話です。

今日、日本語のレッスンがありました。
1ヶ月ぶりぐらいのレッスンだったので、お久しぶりです！と言うと、その方は、ポッドキャストを聞いているので、久しぶりに感じないと話してくれました。

これは私にとっては、とてもうれしくて、貴重な話です。
Podcastをできるだけ毎日つづけようと思っていますが、少し忙しかったりすると、時間をうまく作れなかったり、明日にしようかな、と思う時があります。

実際に2.3日分をまとめて録音する時もあります。

でもこうやって、実際に聞いてくれている人が直接Podcastの話をしてくれると、ちゃんと聞いてくれている人がいるんだ！と言うことをあらためて気づきます。

教えてくれて、本当にありがとうございます！

今日話していた人とは、いつもいろんな話をしていて、本当に楽しいです。いつも気づきがあります。視野が広がります。

きっと、他にもPodcastを聞き続けてくれている方もいるんだと思いながら、がんばって続けますね！

私のPodcastは、日本語学習者のみなさんにとって、身近なものでありたいと思っています。
