She was very pleased about it. 3) She offered to treat us to dinner next month. We'll go to a new restaurant we've been hoping to go since it opened. 4) It has been raining since noon. The temperature is a little colder than it has been lately but it is still higher than usual. 5) I wanted to use new grammar rules/constructions, etc but I didn't use as many of them as I thought.
