The first three are perhaps the most common though they are all great names. With Timothy and Thomas there is some flexibility, people will sometimes call you Tim, Timmy, Tom or Tommy. I quite like the name Troy, so either that or Thomas for me but it's very subjective. Go with your heart! (Or draw a name out of a hat!)

They're all great names! I would pick the one that sounds best to you, there's not a lot of difference culturally between those names (although I like Troy!) Ryan

I vote for Toby because it's a little more unique, but they're all common names!
